In accordance with the Victorian Government’s Roadmap, all clients that are attending an appointment must show evidence of their completed Covid-19 vaccination status or have a valid medical exemption. Please be kind to our girls as they are simply following mandated guidelines.
Credit card details are required to secure all appointments of 60 minutes or longer.
24 hours notice for change or cancellation of an appointment is required or a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
Gift voucher packages will be fully redeemed and course treatments will have $50 redeemed. If something unexpected happens we are happy for you to offer your appointment to another friend or family member in your place.
In order to accommodate the needs of all of our valued clients, we need to follow a stringent confirmation procedure. Your appointment will be confirmed by text two days prior to your scheduled time and you will be requested to respond ‘yes’ to confirm or ‘no’ to cancel. Your response is automatically registered on our appointment screen.
If you don’t respond, we’ll try again. If we can’t reach you or do not hear from you, your appointment time may be made available to the first client on our waiting list and the cancellation fee will be charged.
