Light therapy has been shown to have significant biological effects on humans. Acne Breakouts with LED

Bacteria that causes breakout is called p.acnes. This bacteria produces natural chemicals which are sensitive to the blue LED light by neutralising the bacteria that cause the breakout and acne.
